I found this GEM by accident, as I was waiting for my mechanic to replace a minor part in the same neighborhood. Am I GLAD I did find my new favorite Detailing shop. The FIRST THING I have to say about this establishment is the CUSTOMER SERVICE was ABOVE & BEYOND what I expected. I was LITERALLY treated like a FAMILY member from the START. The owner personally gave me a tour of the shop, and showed me EVERYTHING , from nuts to bolts (in this case Products / chemicals and tools he uses). Then EXPLAINED what EACH thing DOES. I was floored by this approach to Customer Service. Equally important was **THE WORK ETHIC I witnessed.
Very professional. Employees have a knowledge & passion about their craft. Very personable. My very first visit was great! My First impression is what won me over. I recommend their services to anyone. The owner expressed his experience how things will be done step by step I will never go anywhere else I brought two of my cars they did vinyl wrap tint my windows headlight restoration and full detail of my car. And my rims was taken off and ceramic coated polished one by one pride and quality. They really number one in tri State. I could go on and on check for your self Thank you Arthur!!!

The quality of work and attention to detail cannot be understated. I brought in my minivan with cloth seats to them for an interior detail and to clear up the headlights. The seats and the floors were badly stained and they cleaned it all out. You cannot tell it was ever in disrepair. The headlights have never been so clear since I first drove this car. Best of all, when I first came I set up an appointment. When I had a last minute change in plans, they were very accommodating to my schedule.
These guys do great work have my engine area looking brand new cleaned and steamed all of the geese and dirt out then shines up really nice. Even have a great discount on head light restoration. I highly recommend to my friends in the ride share business.
Waxman did a really good job on my car. I did not turn in my review yet because i have some other things I need to get done.But I would let everyone know if they are thinking about getting there car painted first go see the Waxman.They are polite and listen to what you have to say.They offer a wide range of services. These guys did a great job on my Camaro, I had a wrap installed from a third party and they didn’t install My sideskirts properly. They were able to fix my sideskirts and also ceramic coated my new wheels and ceramic coated my sideskirts free of charge. I was very happy with their service.
Jay Drip did a fantastic job tinting my windows. He walked me through the different shades to help me decide, and sent me update videos of the prices. Finished faster than expected too!
